But What Can You Do?
It
is well known that many employers recruit people because of their
qualifications and experience and fire people because of personality
faults.
What is
less well known is that psychologists have
discovered that the single most important determining factor in job
success is not qualifications or experience and It is certainly not age

Personalities
Most

One
or two problems
Unfortunately
there are a few problems with these systems. First there

• The question papers have to be bought for each candidate
