It is well known that many employers recruit people because of their qualifications and experience and fire people because of personality faults.

What is less well known is that psychologists have discovered that the single most important determining factor in job success is not qualifications or experience and It is certainly not age or gender or race.



Personalities

Most people have a gut feeling or intuitive understanding of the different types of personalities but few can say exactly how many types there are, let alone describe their characteristics in any detail.

One or two problems
